​How do I
place an order?
Browse our website and select the products you wish to purchase. Each item will have options for you to complete if personalisation is appropriate. Some items will have more than option for personalisation, please complete all that you require.
Although we will correct some grammatical errors such as a missing apostrophe, we will type text as presented to us so please type and double check your personalisation carefully.

Payment
& Shipping
Payment must be received before any orders are created. We may, in some circumstances, produce a computer design or real prototype for you to see if you are happy with the design before full production, but only if your order is not an existing design.

Payment is inclusive of VAT and shipping is calculated according to weight unless you wish to organise pick up in Tonyrefail. Orders over £40 will have free delivery.

You may pay securely with your credit or debit card through Wix Payments through this website or with PayPal. If you wish to discuss any other payment options, please contact us.

Returns
& Refunds
Most of our items are personalised specifically for you, so we do not offer returns and refunds on these unless the item is faulty or has not matched with the specifics of the communications between us. If this is the case, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for us to rectify the situation.
Our non-personalised items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days with postage covered by the customer.

Can we contact you with something new and whacky?
Of course! We love to figure out new designs and play with new ideas, although you may need to ensure you've left us enough time to create it!

We are happy to consult on what we could make for you, on any custom pieces you have sourced and want us to engrave, or an any of our current designs that you wish were just slightly different. Get in touch!
